File Preparation & Artwork Guidelines

To ensure you receive the highest quality DTF transfers possible, please follow the artwork guidelines below before submitting your files. Proper file preparation helps prevent delays, improves print quality, and ensures the best possible results.

Recommended File Format

For the best print quality, we strongly recommend:

• PNG files with transparent backgrounds

• 300 DPI resolution

• Artwork submitted at actual print size

• RGB color mode

We also accept:

• PDF

• AI

• EPS

• PSD

• High-resolution JPG files

Image Resolution Requirements

All artwork should be created and submitted at a minimum of 300 DPI at the final print size.

Low-resolution files may result in:

• Blurry prints

• Pixelation

• Loss of detail

• Poor print quality

Images downloaded from social media or screenshots are often too low in quality for professional printing.

Transparent Backgrounds

For DTF transfers, artwork should include a transparent background whenever possible.

Files with solid backgrounds will print exactly as submitted, including any white or colored background areas.

Artwork Size

Please submit your artwork at the exact size you want it printed whenever possible.

Enlarging small images may reduce print quality and produce unwanted pixelation.

Color Accuracy

All files should be created using the RGB color profile for the most accurate color reproduction during printing.

Please note that slight color variations may occur between digital screens and printed transfers due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Text and Fine Details

• Use high-resolution artwork whenever possible.

• Ensure small text remains readable at the final print size.

• Avoid extremely thin lines or tiny details that may not reproduce clearly during printing.

Gang Sheet Preparation

When submitting a premade gang sheet, please ensure:

• Your artwork fits within the purchased sheet dimensions.

• Images are properly spaced apart.

• Files are submitted at 300 DPI.

• The gang sheet size matches your selected product option.

Copyright and Trademark Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to reproduce it.
